Established in 2002, OTHONIEL College stands as a beacon of educational excellence in the Amara Region, nestled in the heart of Gondar town. With its headquarters located around Piassa in Gondar city, the College has garnered accreditation for a spectrum of undergraduate programs offered both in traditional and distance education formats.
The College boasts accreditation for four undergraduate programs in Distance Education mode at the Gondar Main Coordinating Centre, including B.A in Accounting and Finance, B.A in Management, B.A in Educational Planning and Management, and B.A in Economics. Additionally, it has been accredited for four undergraduate regular programs at the Gondar campus, comprising B.A in Accounting & Finance, B.A in Management, BSc in Information Technology, and BSc Nursing.
Furthermore, OTHONIEL College has introduced Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programs, addressing the burgeoning demand for skilled professionals in various sectors such as Accounts and Budget Service, Database Administration, Midwifery Nurse, Comprehensive Nursing, and Pharmacy.
